- Location/Venue (Accordeon principle)
We will be very happy to share with you the impressions we gained over the last years finding the right locations. Our expertise includes the Organisation of a birthday dinner in a (the botafomeiro) restaurant in Barcelona, Spain as well as the creation of evening event at a five star hotel for a couple hundred people in Austin (Texas), USA.
- Catering
The catering companys we co-work with are known for their extraordinary quality of food and beverages. If anyhow possible they are local! We choose the supplier after talking to you about the kind of event you want and dishes that should be served.
- Hostess-Service
Whether you’re looking for hostesses (f/m), event staff, promoters, promo girls, promo guys, brand ambassadors, promo staff you’re at the right place. All of our staff is multilingual. The feedback we get regarding the people who work for us has been always very positive and as such, one of the keypoints in our company philosophy.
- Shuttle/Car-Service
We had the pleasure to organise roundtrips in europe for smaller groups in Limousines, e.g MB S-Class/Audi A8, as well as organising the shuttle service for an exhibition (?like the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona?) where we provided our costumers with up to 350 cars, e.g VW Multivans/MB V-Class. Focus is on new models and uniform colors.
- Hotels
The Hotels we work together with are always among the best places in town. Over the years we developed sustainable ways of communication so that we’ll always be able to get you a room even in times of high-season and „officially“ fully booked hotels.
